which i returned on 07/03/2020 and was received by you guys on 17/03/2020
recently it’s showing that refund has been completed but i haven’t got refund and the transation ID is not being shown too.

Transaction id for refund is shown on the https://cloud.boltiot.com/training page. Can you please check the same?
If possible share a screenshot of the page.
