I have requested for a refund as i had been charged twice for the same course. Its been 13 days but i have not received my refund. On site it shows that the amount is refunded but i have not received any refund.
I request to get my refund as soon as possible please.

Please update your account statement/passbook to check if you have received the amount as the bank doesn’t send SMS sometimes. If its not reflecting, you can share the ARN with the bank to check why its not showing in your statement.
