Refund for the training (haven't recieved the kit yet)

placed my iot nd ml order order yesterday…I need a refund nd raised a refund request today…The site asked me to choose a pickup date for the kit but i haven’t recieved the kit yet…so i picked a dummy date (31/01/22)…will i get my refund as usual or do i need to follow any further steps…? assistance’ll be really appreciated

Put a request on support@boltiot.com mentioning the same. You’ll get the refund, but the shipment may not be initiated in your case.
