Refund has not yet transferred to my bank account

I had requested refund on course Web development training on 18th July 2022. The status on cloud boltiot training login page shows that it is transferred and refund process is completed, but till now it is not transferred in my account.

I purchased the course via UPI payment method (UPI ID - 9167740630@postbank ) on 16th July 2022, the amount I paid was Rs.990.

And Today’s date is August,04 2022 but refund is still not credited to my account.
