Refund not transferred for my python course

Hi @parijainn56 We have not received the refund request in our backend. It shows the payment status as paid, instead of refunded. Can you share the date when you opted for the refund and a email confirmation regarding the same?

Be assured that if you have opted for the refund within the refund period, you shall receive the amount as promised.
