You have to give sometime or you should call on bolt helpline number.
@pallavisinghania1234 Your refund was re-initiated and the status shows as transferred on 1st November. Here is the transaction number 230412340251 which you can share with your bank to check the status of your refund. Please update your passbook and check if you have received it.
