Reregistering the device

sir, to resolve my issuse i have removed my device. now iam unable to cnnect to the device .my device wifi is on but bolt app is not recognizing the device and also i tried ti reconnect it from another bolt user acoount ,my bolt device is not recognizing sir.device number

possible errors:

  1. make sure that you bolt device is switched on,so that the blue light is blinking
    2.login to your bolt account via phone,switch off mobile data and then switch onn your mobile wifi , so that your bolt account detects the bolt device.

done,but no use sir.
