To return your product login to your account at https://cloud.boltiot.com/login. Click on the three dots at the top right corner of your page and click on MY ACCOUNT. Go to the Training tab. There you can find an option for refund. Let me mention that you cannot obtain a refund after the refund period has been expired. Thank you!
