Every time I am getting same value of LDR and after fetching all 10 value still it’s not sending message instead the show as:"this is an value 1024 all the time.

Did you connect 10k ohm resistor in series to you’r ldr? If yes then use a flashlight in a dark room and test . If nothing works then I am afraid you’r ldr is not working properly.
