Under Setup the Bolt Python Library
I tried sudo apt install python3-pip, but it says unable to locate package python3-pip

check your command again or first check your version of python by typing
python --version and then they will show the possible packages

I tried sudo apt-get -y update , it says some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.
