Still Refund Amount Not Credited

I mailed to support@boltiot.com regarding refund. 14 days passed but still refund amount not credited.
Support team telling they are checking… wait some days since 14th may 2022

Hi,

As you must be aware we replied to your query over Email.

Rest assured we are very prompt in processing refunds but I agree this is taking longer time than usual due to some issue with our refund merchant. We have taken the issue forward with them and awaiting reply from them. If we get any information from their side we will surely let you know.
