Check if you have given the right API and device ID in the configuration file. Check hardware connections.
Ensure that you have already messaged and set up with the BotFather
For getting your Telegram Chat ID:
Open your Telegram app, open the channel, click on the name of the channel,
you will see a heading named “Info” and Invite Link, it looks something like t.me/temp_alert_system
so, this will be your chat ID @temp_alert_system
