Yes, if your connections and code are accurate you definitely get the message. In terms of Twilio messaging it is instant (within a minute ). But, be cautious about using While loop
with infinite running. If while keep running and fetching values rapidly then you get temporarily blocked for 6hrs. (means you can’t access your bolt wifi module data).
