Twilio suspended my service

I created an account on Twilio as mentioned in given tutorial, as soon as my email id was verified they asked me to verify my ph. no I entered my phone no. but to some reasons I was unable to receive code and they blocked my account, after going through forum I found out the solution to this problem is trying with new email id, so I followed that and created new account through new email id and verified my ph. no.(through my mobile) and my account was successfully created but afterwards I logged out of that account and logged in again, but this time along with my id and password they again asked me to verify my phone no. I did that (now I verified phone number using laptop) and due to some unknown reasons they again blocked my account, also I tried options like talk to support but still same results.
Please help me with this issue and thanks in advance.

There can be 2 reasons

  1. either your phone number is in “DND- Do Not Disturb” mode
  2. you might have exhausted 1 month free trial period.
    You can try with new id and new phone number

After contacting their customer support they have reactivated my account, so should I remove DND that I have on my phone number? So that my account doesn’t gets blocked again??
