Unable to access the training and didn't receive the wifi module with my kit

I have already registered for the course.But when I opened the website today,It’s asking me to enroll again.Kindly resolve my issue.I got my training kit today but I found that the wifi module is missing.Kindly resolve both these problems as soon as possible!

Do you mean, the Bolt WiFi module was not present in your package? By any chance, was the package seal damaged/broken?

About the training access, have you followed the steps mentioned in the access card? And followed up along with to get the access to the training?

Also, do send a snap of all the materials you received in your Kit (in one single image).
