Unable to connect device to Bolt Cloud

Hi,

From today evening, I am not able to connect to bolt cloud (green light is off), blue light is blinking and device has previous setup configuration.

My device ID is BOLT5775958. Please help me on this.

Can you write the steps that you used for solving your issue here ? It will help others also.

You can switch on the WiFi which you had previously used for setting up the Bolt Iot and wait for few minutes for it to connect. If this doesn’t work you can start doing the setup from the beginning by clicking ‘Add device’ .
