Unable to connect to cloud..app not responding

I am connecting my wifi module to the bolt cloud but as soon as I entered wifi details in the app , the app get not responding and wifi module comes back to initial stage…One time it started showing on cloud but showing offline …on opening bolt app it again strted from strting and again same thing happening…

On bolt cloud , its showing device offline and on wifi module the blue is glowing continuusly…but not able to work ahead

As discussed earlier in the call.Connect BOLT module the app and later while connecting to the wifi with internet please make sure mobile data is of. You can go to you dashboard and click on kebab menu and select device info, you will find the wifi to which BOLT has been connected.
