Turn off your home wifi and check if the green light is still on. Revert back once confirmed.
when i turn off my wifi Green light is still on.
Make sure any other wifi is not present there, which you connected it with previously.
If not, then take a video of the green light being ON, even if your wifi is OFF > Upload the video to drive > Send the public link of the video to support@boltiot.com and state your query in the body.
