Unable to make a connection between mobile and Bolt Wifi module

I have connected the Wi-Fi module to power supply even my internet frequency band is 2.4 GHz; Also I am putting the correct Wi-Fi password still I’m not able to create a connection
Present scenario:

  1. Power supply is perfect.
  2. Blue LED is blinking slowly.
  3. No presence of Green LED.
    Please guide

Guys I have found the solution to this
You have to insert the predetermined password of Bolt IoT module: bolt1234
And then can connect to your respective network
