Unrecognized device with any USB cable

Hi All, I am new to Bolt products and family. I tried to connect different Micro USBs (Android charging or other data cabes too) and it keeps on showing an error “Unrecognized device with any USB cable” as soon I connect it with my laptop.

I have tried the microUSB that is bundled with Rasberry Pi and it just worked once and after that suddenly it keeps on showing the same error.

Please hep.

@sameer.kumar.sachdev Seems like there is an issue with the USB ports of your laptop. You can connect your Bolt Module directly with a charger or a power bank. There is no mandate that it should be connected to a laptop. All the codes are uploaded on board over wifi instead of a USB cable.
