Go to to bottom right corner of the screen and select the settings button. There go to quality and select the desired video quality.
If this does not work, try refreshing the page and try again. It may happen due to slow internet speed.

@shiva66282kumar dear shiva,
the problem does not look like its of the platform but moreover its with your internet carrier.
Try to change the network carrier or try to watch the videos at the place where there is the best network.
If you are using wifi then it looks like the platform had some issues.
