What is the Max current rating of 5V and 3.3V pins on Bolt

I want to know what is the max current that can be drawn from the 5V and 3.3V pins on the Bolt IoT board.

I want to bring a pin on another board from 5V to ground for few milliseconds simulating a pressing of a switch. Hence the question.

On average, 5V - 20mA and 3.3V - 300mA.

You can refer to pullup switch circuits for the idea of how to choose the resistance.
