Just change the setting in your phone. Settings > Hotspot & tethering > Wi-Fi hotspot > Advanced > AP Band > 2.4GHz

@tyagikeshav30 if you are connecting to home wifi connection then keep pressing ok, it will accept. If you are connecting to mobile hotspot then do as told by @swapnil.ravi10

Its a warning message that instructs users to choose 2.4GHz network and not 5GHz.
You can ignore this as most of the Wifi sources are 2.4GHz
