Why am I not able to submit project ? ""Submit for review button" isn't active. I also checked the Checkbox. Is it so that the project can be submitted for review only after giving the certification exam?

No, not an issue anymore. But the project link is not accessible by others. How can I make the project link Public, so that my friends can see it ?

The link will remain private and only the Bolt team has access to it. Only in cases, where best projects are selected, and posted on the site, can be shared across everyone.

However, you can post on other site like hackster.io with same content and share it among friends. But remember to mention Bolt Wifi Module.
