I guess you are talking about API access rate limit which you may have got through email.
If so, then you must had crossed the API access limit for your account. Limit is set according to plan you have subscribed (i.e., Free Plan/Pro Plan). You can refer to https://docs.boltiot.com/docs/api-access-rules .
Your API access will resume in 6 Hrs from time of limiting access. I had got the same email once.
you can try after a hour because you have certain limit to access to boltcloud so,when you cross the threshold frequency it will give a email that nothing to worry you can access as same a before now
