I made a mistake in my mail id while purchasing hardware. now i have received my hardware but cannot access my training videos. And i have also sent a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org but have not got any replies
Sir, the only possibility to access your training videos is that you need to create gmail account with same id what you have registered while purchasing, because you need a active or working email id for the confirmation of gmail account before logging in into bolt training portal.
