Hii @sandeepnidumukkala please use “IFTTT” application and create an applet. Then try the process again then ur LED light will glow.
I suggest you to check the API and device ID of your Bolt device that you have been used to create a link, which is further provided to webhook platform.
Also check if you have change the HIGH and LOW states in the respective link
