Since I recently present an online workshop on Arduino, I think I can help you with that.
I would suggest you go with a ppt, try to do it on online powerpoint as it has got some awesome designers who suggest design templates as per your choice.
Secondly, showcase a nice project via Bolt IOT, I would suggest the one with Z-score anamoly which sends the message on the phone when someone ‘switches on room Light’, it attracts many viewers.
