Access code didnot match

Just checked the mail address is different in my training module(I signed directly using Google account in sign-in options) and I am not able to access the test.

Do you mean to say you used the wrong email address? I have taken this to the team and we’ll get back to you shortly.

No, I mean I signed up directly using google account (Under register there are options to sign in using Google). I have received my kit and completed with my course. I just saw that on coupon page the address is Sani.kumar@gmail.com(which I rounded-off), the mail ID which I didn’t use to register. I ignored and started to take course certificate. I used the mail ID through which I bought the course but it says entry did not match as you in the second screenshot.
