I have one Bolt iot device i got it from my senior and i;m intern in this company
i have start learning about this device but the problem is i’m getting access point temporally full but this device is connected with someone else account who was senior but they leave this company can you help me to resolve this issue.
i’m getting green light it means it is connecting through office wifi to cloud.
You have to get in touch with the concerned person (connected with Bolt cloud), and ask them to remove the device from their Logged-In account manually.
If the person is unable to access the account, we’d require a mail from the connected Email ID for a request to transfer the device to your email ID. We’d also require the Device ID for the process to be initiated.
