Blue and green led is on but not show in cloud

I am facing problem of not connecting bolt device to my app and cloud too. And i am using V2(white color board).
and after so many try, I receive this type of instruction that i am attaching below here as a Screenshot…

Kindly help me to connect my bolt to my cloud and app to.

Are you using Mobile Hotspot to connect? Please redo the process. Restart the module, wifi and app.

And make sure to let the connection establish properly. Once your Device is visible, you won’t face this issue again. Your wifi has to be turned on before turning on the bolt module.

I too faced this issue. Simple thing you have to do is to switch on ur mobile wifi and check whether hotspot connection is strong. Please wait until the connection is established.
If it’s not connected switch off the wifi and hotspot and try to connect it again.

Try to reset the wifi module…
To reset we need to disconnect the wifi of wifi module.

It can be done by turning off your wifi and connecting the wifi module to other wifi.
or else if your’re willing to connect to the current wifi only then changing wifi password which is connected to the module wiil reset to its intial state.
There by you can restart the process of connecting module to cloud using android application …Ping me if this doesn’t work.
