Bolt cloud not working

Bolt cloud is not working since yesterday night.
not able to view data on cloud.
DEVICE IS WORKING WELL , BOTH LED LIGHTS ARE ON AND ON MOBILE APP I CAN SEE MY DEVICE IS ONLINE AND ALSO GETTING ALERTS VIA PUSH NOTIFICATION.

there is problem with the cloud please check sir.

try to reconfigure the device

Disconnect the device and switch off the wifi and repeat the whole process of connecting it again. Ask me if the problem keeps on recurring.

@ddwivedi132001 i have tried it , actually it is working for some time but if i do refresh the page then i can’t see the graph in laptop as well as bolt app.

Hi @govindbagdiya22,

By default, Bolt graphs show the lastest 6 hours of data. As I can see your device was online on the 4th of October and you are opening the graph page on the 6th of October. You can filter the data from the dropdown to see the older data.

Do let me know in case you need any other information.

@rahul.singh1 sir but when i was performing the project at that time when i had refreshed it i was not able to see any graph which was visible at the start.

Try restarting the device and reconnecting to the internet.

now the problem is solved i think so the problem was due to poor internet .
