Bolt device is linked to an unknown email. Could someone please let me know how to unlink it so that i can link my account.

Please share your Device ID and the Email ID to which the account has to be linked. So that we can link it from our end.

I see that you have not created an account in Bolt Cloud using this mail ID szcreyag12a@gmail.com and also have not purchased the training using this Email ID.
Do share the Email ID with which you have purchased the training and use the same ID to login to the Bolt Cloud.
