My bolt Device isn’t getting recognized by bolt cloud i.e after setting up my bolt device it isn’t getting recognized by bolt cloud…IN device hardware module my device is not showing??..
Make sure that both the blue and green lights on the module are glowing and are stable.

There are two possibilities:
- The module is not added to your cloud that is you did not set it up properly using the android app
- You have logged in to the cloud using a different account in your phone and android app
If you have already added your Bolt IoT device using app and still not able to connect internet then try deleting it and adding device again.
