Bolt device not visible on bolt cloud

its not displaying my bolt device on cloud its just showing 0 devices

You need to first configure the device using Bolt IoT mobile application. Please follow instructions under the topic -" Getting Started with the IoT Cloud". You have to add the device through the mobile application.

If you have already linked your device to your email id using the mobile app, and still not able to see the device on the cloud dashboard. There is a high chance that you have using a different email id to login to cloud dashboard than the one you used while setting up the device using Mobile App. Please check the same.

This can also happen if you are using a very old version of browser. We highly recommend you to update the browser to the latest version.
