Bolt module has constant green and blue light but not connecting to cloud or app

So I have the green and blue light on my module constant but it is not being recognised or i guess connected to the iot cloud and the mobile app.
What shall I do?

Constant green and blue lights indicates that it is connected to the cloud and wifi network
I beleive that you have not followed all steps in the mobile application
So i strongly recommend you to follow all steps in your Bolt Iot app until it shows “Setup complete”
After that reload Bolt Cloud

In my opinion, you should close the app first and power off the module and again power it on and try to connect it again.
