Bolt module has constant green and blue light but not connecting to cloud or app

So I have the green and blue light on my module constant but it is not being recognised or i guess connected to the iot cloud and the mobile app.
What shall I do?

Constant green and blue lights indicates that it is connected to the cloud and wifi network
I beleive that you have not followed all steps in the mobile application
So i strongly recommend you to follow all steps in your Bolt Iot app until it shows “Setup complete”
After that reload Bolt Cloud

In my opinion, you should close the app first and power off the module and again power it on and try to connect it again.

Hello. Even I’m facing the same issue and I tried everything that was told to do to solve it. But it’s still the same.

Waste of Money , facing issue while connecting wifi , its not proceeding ahead even after trying multiple times… My wifi has good internet connection… its the problem with your application only… so many students are facing this problem … Kindly Fix thIs issue …

This issue generally happens when during the Wifi Setup of the device when we choose the intended network to which we want to connect our Bolt Device to and enter password it gets connected to the network and while proceeding to the next screen wherein the device gets linked to the account we might have to turn ON the mobile which most of them don’t do it and go back at this stage.
You will have to follow the entire setup process.

Please share your Email ID and Bolt Device ID so that we can link the device to the account from our end so that you should be able to view the device in the dashboard.

We are getting many cases like these.
It would be really helpful if you all share your Phone Model names and Android Versions so that we can check and fix the issue.

Facing the same issue. Both blue and green light are constant but not showing in the app or cloud.

The device might not be appearing in the app because you might not have completed the entire setup and missed the step to link the bolt to your email id.

Please share your BOLT device id and and email id to which it has to be linked. We will do the needful.
