Bolt setup is not working

I m not able to cnnect my bolt to phone .It shows offline in the app.I have done all change the wifi network etc but there is no progress

Try reinstalling the app.
Connect your bolt module to power supply(better to a mobile charger than connecting to USB port of computer)
Click on ADD DEVICE and go on with the procedure.
Your problem must be solved.

@ramanbalda5 Could be that the WiFi network is a college or office network and is blocking the Bolt from being connected to the internet
