Hi @fayeez1717
As discussed on call, please share a video while switching on the Bolt device and the status show on the cloud website.
Hi @fayeez1717
In the video you have shared, both the leds are stable and the device is showing offline. This could be some issue with the Bolt wifi module.
We checked in our system and we see that you had purchased the device in 2021. Since Bolt offers warranty for 1 year, warranty of your bolt device has expired. Hence in this case we won’t be able to provide you with a replacement module. However, we can try to repair it if you ship it to us.
If you need any further assistance please feel free to reach out to us.

sometimes it may happen due to connectivity issues. Sometimes it may happen due to fault in product. Kindly check accordingly.
If both the green and blue LEDs on your Bolt IoT module are stable but the device status shows offline, it indicates that the module is connected to the Wi-Fi but not successfully communicating with the Bolt cloud. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:
- Check Internet Connectivity:
- Ensure that the Wi-Fi network your Bolt module is connected to has an active internet connection.
- Try connecting your phone or computer to the same network to verify internet access.
- Restart the Bolt Module:
- Turn off the Bolt IoT module and then turn it back on.
- Sometimes, a simple reboot can resolve connectivity issues.
- Reconfigure Wi-Fi Settings:
- If the problem persists, you may need to reconfigure the Wi-Fi settings of your Bolt module.
- Open the Bolt IoT app on your phone and follow the steps to connect the module to your Wi-Fi network again.
- Check Bolt Cloud Status:
- Occasionally, the Bolt cloud service might experience downtime or issues. Check the Bolt IoT website or their social media channels for any announcements regarding service status.
- Contact Bolt IoT Support:
- If none of the above steps resolve the issue, contact Bolt IoT support for further assistance. They may provide additional troubleshooting steps or insights specific to your situation.
Following these steps should help you identify and resolve the issue with your Bolt IoT module’s offline status.
