Can we use VMWARE software instead of Digital ocean for the project Fight Covid-19 Contactless lighting using Bolt IoT?

You can use anything you want. Does not require to include whatever was taught in the training. You’re open to use anything.

Only criteria is it has to include Bolt IoT and cannot have a plagiarized presentation.

Of course you can use VMWARE for any project . The only thing is that your system need certain specifications to use VMWARE . But in cloud services our system specification doesn’t matter…
