Configuration problem

my hardware configuration is not at all being saved in the cloud. no matter how hard i try it always reads product does not have hardware configured to collect data

Please reboot the device and connect to cloud once again.
In case it doesnt work, send the snapshot of the message that is displayed on the screen so that I can help you out.

Please share the screenshot of your the error. Also check if you have installed any browser extension that is blocking some files from Bolt Cloud.
