Connection problem

Hey there, I hope you’ve followed all the care guidelines regarding the module and didn’t end up damaging the module.
Though, i’m not in a position to completely understand your problem coz you didn’t particularly mentioned what’s happening.
still i’ll mentioned some connection regarding problems with their solutions.

  1. MAY BE IT’s NOT YOUR MODULE AND IT’s YOUR USB CABLE :
    Try changing your cable or even your adapter or if your powering your module through laptop then try using adapter instead of laptop

  2. TRY TO COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF BLINKING LEDs :
    Maybe the LEDs are blinking ie., the connection is made but you may not recognised it. See the provided videos and try to understand significance and meaning of LED blinking.


Some issue are going in my phone
My phone is connected to bolt device but some problem are there see the screenshot plz help me solve the issue

Try connect your device to another wifi network so that the bolt device can be linked to it.
I also faced the same problem while connecting the bolt Cloud to the wifi…and was solved after changing the device.
