Course code access do not match the entries

For taking the training test, it has asked the access code. But, when I enter the access code, it is showing as entry not found.
I’m pretty sure that I have entered correct course access code.
Anybody facing the same problem?

Please make sure you are using the same email id with which you purchased the training and the course code is copied as it is, without any spaces in the beginning and end. I have taken this to the team and we’ll resolve the issue as soon as possible, meanwhile please share your email.

For privacy reasons I can’t share it here. Provide me the team’s email id. But, this issue is being faced my many of my friends too.

The issue is fixed now!!!

I am also facing the same issue. The message says “Your entry did not match”.
I have checked my email and access code 3 times, they’re correct.
I had faced the same issue in Voice Apps training as well.
Please resolve this as soon as possible!!

I am also facing this problem I have used the correct email id and the course access codegiven but I am unable to access the certification exam. I have to submit this certificate to my campus in 4-5 days kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.
