Decathlon internship project submission

I have submitted my project for Decathlon internship submission on the given link. The form said submitted but I didnt get any comfirmation mail. And now as when i opened the form again, it is opening like before, like a new form, not saying that i have submiited, so how can i know for sure if my project is actually submitted or not. Can Bolt IOt not send any confirmation mail?
