Deletion of teachable account

Dear sevice helperMy one of friend who continue this bolt iot course has face some problem. While she using her course teachable account add pop up on the window and she by mistake click on that and after that her details are automatically fill on that and an account was created ,she mail to the customer care that she want to delete this account after a mail comes from customer care side that your request has been accepted and your account will be deleted within 2 weeks and your school also be deleted with that. I just need one help please tell me how i stop this deletion process because i mail him/her a lot to stop this process but no response comes back please help me.Thank you
