Device linking problem

I am not able to link my device to the cloud. could you please help me out for this issue.
my crome version is 75.0.3770.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)

1st step is to link bolt with your smartphone(follow instructions in phone) with boltiot app. Make sure your bolt is connected to internet. Make sure that the email-id in PC and phone is same. Only after linking in phone you will see anywhere else.

I have tried that too but it shows error.

You have linked your device to the cloud account. The next step is to create a product and then link the product with the device. Only once you create a product, you will be able to see a list of product in this view.

You linked your bolt Device to the cloud account. Then follow these steps:-

Step 1: Power supply to the bolt device. Then slowly blinking blue light.

Step 2: open the Bolt App and wifi in your phone and connect the bolt device hotspot. Then fast blinking blue light.

Step 3: Click continues on bolt app and connect the Home wifi network and set the password. that’s it You bolt device connected to your cloud account . after the connect the device to the internet the light will continue.

First, you need to link bolt wifi module to your bolt cloud account.

Then goto to https://cloud.boltiot.com/ and login to your account.
