I have seen that , but there are many features that have changed now. For example , the versions of ubuntu, size of the droplet.
Which one to choose , regular intel with SSD or Premium intel with NVMe SSD. By default the latter one was selected

Go with regular and as low budget as you can. Your credit will run out sooner if you go with higher budget.

After all its only to run ubuntu. Linux based OS requires less processing. (for lower versions)
