Help how to fix the error that does not allow adding new administrators to the group.

You are probably facing this issue because Telegram has banned your account. You can to resolve this issue by either:

  • Creating a new Telegram account with a a different mobile number and email id.

OR

  • Deleting the current Telegram account and recreating it.
