As per our discussion on call yesterday, your Bolt setup with WiFi was completed but the account linking step was not completed. I have linked the device to your account yesterday hence you were able to test the LED on off.

good evening sir , I am facing same kind of issue In bolt cloud and as well as on mobile app it is showing no device added . As i have tried all the things mentioned in above threads , but i am unable to do so , please help me in this term

Hi, I’m also facing the same issue the wifi LED and cloud LED are glowing without blinking, but my mobile app isn’t showing any device on it. I even tried using an android 10 device but it is not showing the bolt hotspot in the wifi settings. please sort this out asap.

You’ll need to set up your Bolt again. Follow these steps: Change the password of your WiFi network. Then perform setup of your Bolt using the Bolt Mobile App(by clicking add device button). Once that’s done, if you want to revert your wifi to the previous password, do so and then set up your Bolt again by clicking the add device button in the Bolt Mobile App. Do let me know if you need any other help.
