I am not able to acess my course ,it is again asking me to buy the course in the enroll in this training section

i have logged in to the account and when i go to traing to access the course then again it ask me to signup and in that it is asking to buy the course again . tell me what to do as i dont have much time to wait for this . its a request to kindly look in this matter as i am facing issue in acessing the couse . and i have also mailed it to you please look into thus matter.
