I am not able to connect my wifi module with my account it shows some error

i am not able to connect my wifi module to my account it shows that wifi module is connected to my other id but i purchased trainig with another id

You can login to the account to which it is linked already in the bolt android app and remove it there, then can try reconnecting it in the account you want. Also uninstall and reinstall the app if the issue persists.
