I am not able to connect my wifi module with my account it shows some error

i am not able to connect my wifi module to my account it shows that wifi module is connected to my other id but i purchased trainig with another id

You can login to the account to which it is linked already in the bolt android app and remove it there, then can try reconnecting it in the account you want. Also uninstall and reinstall the app if the issue persists.

Can you share your Bolt device ID and the email id with which you have created the cloud account. We will then link it from our end.

Make sure which id you have logged in to the bolt account. After ensuring this log in to your bolt account in both mobile and pc and log out. Then again try to log in to your account.

Both the lights are on as well as stable but device is not shown neither on the bolt cloud dashboard nor bolt iot app. kindly link it from your side and solve the issue as soon as possible.

As per your request, we have successfully linked your email ID (rohneldho05@gmail.com) to the ESP8266MOD WiFi module (Device ID: Bolt2174045). You should now be able to see the device on the Bolt Cloud dashboard and the Bolt IoT app.
